I have a food allergy or specific dietary requirement. Which soups can I eat?

All allergenic information is on the back of the pot and will be indicated in BOLD lettering. For specific dietary requirements, it also states on the front and back of the pot if the product is gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and suitable for vegans.

Can I freeze your soup?

Some of our products are suitable, please check the pot label for guidance. It will need to be frozen straight away, eaten within a month and defrosted in a refrigerator overnight.

I find your pots difficult to open, is there an easy way to open them?

Yes. To open the pack, pull against the bottom right corner of the ridged section of the rim which should break away easily to expose a section of the lid to then lift up to open.

Do you use GMO ingredients in your products?

No, we do not use GMO (Genetically Modified) ingredients in our products.

Are your pots recyclable?

Yes, our lid and pot are both plastic which are recyclable, but you will need to check with your local recycling — Unfortunately, the label is not currently recycled so you’ll need to remove these before recycling the pot and lid.
