  • Ingredients
    • 800g minced beef
    • 200g minced lamb
    • 6 garlic cloves - chopped
    • 2 tsp pepper/chilli flakes
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Parsley & mint - chopped
Preparation Method
  1. Mix all ingredients together and then rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Form the mixture into sausage shapes (approx. 100g each) and grill on BBQ or under the grill until cooked.
  3. Serve with sliced tomatoes, yoghurt & mint and pita or flat bread. Kofta is traditionally served with a tomato and bean salad drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice.
