Kofta

Ingredients
- 800g minced beef
- 200g minced lamb
- 6 garlic cloves - chopped
- 2 tsp pepper/chilli flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley & mint - chopped
Preparation Method
- Mix all ingredients together and then rest for 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into sausage shapes (approx. 100g each) and grill on BBQ or under the grill until cooked.
- Serve with sliced tomatoes, yoghurt & mint and pita or flat bread. Kofta is traditionally served with a tomato and bean salad drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice.
