North African Spiced Vegetable

Inspired by a trip we took to Istanbul, the New York of the near East. We discovered lots of exciting spices and herbs sourced from the Levant, an area stretching from North Africa around to the southern Mediterranean to Turkey.

This combination of sweet root vegetables and apricot is delicately spiced with Ras El Hanout, Harisa, Mint, Cinnamon and Sumac to name but a few.

Vegetable Stock (Contains Celery), Parsnip (10%), Carrot (9%), Swede (8%), Potato, Dried Apricot (Contains Sulphites), Single Cream, Low Fat Yoghurt, Onion, Cornflour, Salt, Parsley, Harissa Paste, Rapeseed Oil, Mint, Turmeric, Garlic Puree, Coriander, Sumac Powder, Cumin, Ras El Hanout, Cinnamon, Black Pepper. Vegetable Stock Contains: Water, Concentrated Vegetable Juices (Onion, Carrot, Leek, Celery, Garlic), Sugar, Salt, Corn Starch, Sunflower Oil, Spice Oils. Harissa Paste contains Red Chilli, Olive Oil, Red Pepper, Garlic, Coriander, Cumin, Salt. Ras El Hanout contains Galangal, Rosebuds, Black Pepper, Ginger, Cardamon, Nigella, Cayenne, Allspice, Lavender, Cinnamon, Cassia, Coriander, Mace, Nutmeg, Cloves.

I contain sulphites, celery and milk and have been known to hang around near Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame Seeds and I may contain them as well.
