Moroccan Vegetable Harira
This traditional Moroccan soup was inspired by the Spice Souks. Chickpeas, rice, Lentils and tomatoes are brought to life with colourful red and yellow peppers and spiced with fennel, pepper coriander seed, turmeric and saffron.
Vegetable stock (Contains celery), Tomato (16%), Chickpeas (13%), Onion, Basmati Rice (3%), Tomato Paste, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Red Lentils, Harissa Paste, Garlic Puree, Coriander, Sundried Tomato Paste, Sugar, Cornflour, Parsley, Salt, Fennel Seed, Black Pepper, Cumin, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric, Saffron . Vegetable Stock contains Water, Concentrated Vegetable Juices (Onion, Carrot, Leek, Celery, Garlic), Sugar, Salt, Corn Starch, Sunflower Oil, Spice Oils. Harissa paste contains Red Chilli, Olive Oil, Red Pepper, Garlic, Coriander, Cumin, Salt. Sundried tomato Paste contains Sundried Tomatoes (Sundried Tomatoes, Water, Salt), Rapeseed Oil, Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Salt.
I contain Celery. I've been known to hang around near Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame Seeds and I may contain them as well.
